Returns

Need to Make a Return? No problem!  Following our return policy, we will accept most returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date. To start a return, complete the return request form below and someone from the CV Specialties team will contact you within 24 hours.

Return Policy 

  • All merchandise returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from CV Specialties to be accepted.
  • All Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • No exchanges, only refunds. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment excluding shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to CV Specialties error, in which case, shipping costs will also be refunded.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

If you have received a defective product from CV Specialties, please complete the return request form and wait for an Return Material Authorization (RMA) to be sent to the email address associated with your order number.

We highly recommend that you use a carrier that offers package tracking services to return the product. This will ensure that the product is not lost during transit. Once we receive the product, we will check if it is eligible for a refund. If it is, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
